11/5/2005 The Cruse continues to flow approximately 3 million cubic feet per day and 200 bopd.

10/4/2005 Cruse and Stocker wells were shut in for hurricane Rita on 9/23.  Due to storm damage of roads and to other related facilities, the wells were not able to be place back on line until Friday 9/30.

8/16/2005 Cruse continues to produce at the same rates.  The other treated well on the system has not yet increased its production levels or sufficiently reduced its CO2 content to enable increase in Cruse production levels.  BWOC has made arrangements to acquire as membrane CO2 treatment plant for the Timberwolf production, that (1) will not use up or lose the 10-15% of the produced gas that an amine treatment plant would, and (2) will enable the Cruse well to produce at full capacity.  Estimated delivery is November.

8/4/2005 Cruse producing at a daily rate of 3.5 MMCFPD and 285 Barrels of oil on an 8/64th inch choke.  Gradually opening up choke at 1/64th per day until maximum production capacity is reached, given the De-Hi system needs to gradually adjust to higher volumes and the gathering system's CO2 limits.  The capacity of the gathering system to absorb addition untreated gas is dependent on the production levels and treatment of other wells on the gathering system, which are also going through the gradual processes required to bring them fully on line.

8/2/2005   EL PASO FINISHES EARLY!  CRUSE AND STOCKER WELLS BACK ON !

7/15/2005 IMPORTANT NOTE: El Paso has notified us that, in order to comply with the Pipeline Safety Act passed by congress last year, it must shut the gas pipeline that we ship into for 7/19 to 8/10, to install equipment needed to be in compliance.  As a result, we will be unable to make any sales from the well during that period.

7/8/2005 Production testing completed.  Beginning 3 day shut in test to test pressure build up rate.  Setting up all production equipment will require approximately one week before production can commence. Anticipate production will be restricted to around 5 million cubic feet per day so that Amine plant, along with 10-15% shrinkage of gas production. can be avoided for reducing CO2 content.   Gathering system to be expanded by completion of additional 8 inch line by the time the Timberwolf well is connected.

7/5/2005  Fesco production testing commenced at 6:00 A.M. on 7/2.  The first day did not involve using the testing equipment, due to the large volume of drilling mud being produced along with the natural gas which was flared (see picture on accompanying page).  Preliminary testing through a 26/64th choke indicates available production levels of 9-10 million cubic feet of natural gas per day and around 500 barrels of oil per day.

6/26/2005 Completed well and released rig.  Waiting for rig to move, starting either Tuesday or Wednesday, before well testing can begin.  Well testing estimated to begin between 7/1 and 7/5.

6/20/2005  Completed drilling south lateral at 5600 feet.  Tripping out of hole to start completion activities. Encountered a total of 17 fracture/fault shows drilling south lateral to go with 9 fracture/fault shows in north lateral.

6/16/2005 Trip for new motor and bit at approximately 4,000 feet.

6/16/2005 Drilling at 4600 feet.  Have encountered 14 fracture/fault shows while drilling south lateral to go with 9 in north lateral.

6/6/2005  Finished drilling curve and have drilled 1200 feet into the south lateral. Have encountered 7 shows so far and are experiencing a 7% oil cut in the returns.

5/26/2005 completed north lateral, encountered 11 fractures/faults, with continuous flaring and pressures up to 2800 psi, which required closing pipe rams on blow out preventer, until pressures could be controlled.

Will trip to insert liner into north lateral, and then begin to drill curve to begin south lateral.  The curves will resemble a wishbone, with one curving to the north and the other curving to the south.   The curve for the south lateral is expected to take about 2-1/2 days, followed by another trip to change the drilling assembly to begin the lateral drilling.  Current expected completion of the drilling of the south lateral is around the end of the second week of June.

5/25/2005 Drilling at 4,000 ft on north lateral, continue to have good shows.

5/16/2005 Fault required back up to curve and drilling  sidetrack; Drilling at 1700 feet, have encountered 7 shows, with flares varying from 25-75 feet.

5/9/2005 Finished curve, drilling north lateral, encountered fault and flare at 500 feet.

5/4/2005 Drilling curve, about 1/2 way through curve. Will trip out for lateral assembly for drilling laterals  upon completion of curve.

4/16/2005 Picking up drill pipe to begin procedure to cut window in casing from which to initiate drilling of curve.

4/15/2005 Tested BOP and ran gammas tool to identify location of Austin Chalk zone, and set bridge plug above Woodbine zone.

4/14/2005 Finished rig up, preparing to initiate drilling operations.

4/4/2005 Unit Rig completed the BWOC Stocker #1-H well , and beginning rig down and  rig move to the Cruse well, to set up to begin drilling
